The minimum value of your order must be at least $150 before tax + delivery.
We deliver on Thursday, Fridays and Saturdays only.
We cannot guarantee specific flower varieties or vases.
Delivery is to a single address.
We required a specified point person to receive and sign for your order.
All orders must be placed at least 14 days in advance of your delivery date.
If your event is cancelled for any reason, please provide 14 days notice and we will refund 80% of your payment.
If the date of your event changes, please contact us via email (hello@zapbloom.com) to confirm availability for your new date. If we are not available on the new date, we will refund 80% of your payment.
We cannot accept liability if your goods are lost or damaged after delivery "sign off."
