TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- The minimum value of your order must be at least $150 before tax + delivery.
- We deliver on Thursday, Fridays and Saturdays only.
- We cannot guarantee specific flower varieties or vases.
- Delivery is to a single address.
- We required a specified point person to receive and sign for your order.
- All orders must be placed at least 14 days in advance of your delivery date.
- If your event is cancelled for any reason, please provide 14 days notice and we will refund 80% of your payment.
- If the date of your event changes, please contact us via email (firstname.lastname@example.org) to confirm availability for your new date. If we are not available on the new date, we will refund 80% of your payment.
- We cannot accept liability if your goods are lost or damaged after delivery "sign off."
